Before and After Pictures from a light commercial HVAC System replacement by Mission Air Conditioning

Now this unit is something special.  This facility had a 5 ton General Electric (What Trane used to be) from 1983.  Very impressive for Houston.  The unit was still trying to work but it has far outlived it’s days with decreasing efficiency and poor performance.  Here are a few pictures of the new air conditioning system and the old rusted out condenser.

The old HVAC equipment was replaced with a new Ruud 13 SEER electric air handler and condenser.  One of the challenges of this kind of work is that there is not much area to stand or anything to walk on near the unit.  It may be hard to tell but the unit is placed above a dropped ceiling.  All in the work went smooth and the installation makes for a far more efficiency system than the old one.
