Did you know that if your HVAC refrigerant is undercharged by just 15%, you’ll pay 25% more in cooling costs? Correcting refrigerant is just one of over 20 items inspected during our seasonal maintenance visits in order to prevent future failures and make your HVAC system last longer and operate more effectively. With seasonal maintenance, we can fix minor problems before they become big ones, thus reducing the possibility of AC breakdowns during the Texas summer. Sign up for one of Mission AC’s membership club maintenance plans to increase your system’s efficiency, prevent problems and more.

Original Club Plan

Our original plan provides options for seasonal maintenance of your AC system or your plumbing system.

Air Conditioning: $149/Year (1st Unit) + $79/Year for Each Additional Unit

Combo Club

The Combo Club offers a combined plumbing and AC plan. The first system costs $16.50 per month or $227 per year, and each additional system costs $8.50 per month or $118 per year.

What is Priority Service?

Your repair needs will be placed above customers not enrolled in the program, so you’ll receive service faster. Summer heat is no time to wait!

How will my seasonal tune-ups be scheduled?

Our typical process includes email (with online scheduling), mailer and phone calls. We will contact you several times on each medium to ensure you receive the full benefits of the program.

Is the program transferable?

Yes. We will continue to honor the contract if you move to another home as long as the system exists in the Houston area. Your plan may require adjustments if the number of systems changes. Just give us a call to update the location and number of systems.

When do my program benefits begin?

Discounts, warranties, auto-scheduling and priority service all begin as soon as you are enrolled. For monthly paying customers, the first prepaid maintenance tune-up begins in the upcoming fall or spring. For example, if you sign up in August, you’ll qualify for the prepaid fall tune-up in October or November. If you enrolled in October, your first pre-paid maintenance visit will be provided in the spring.

How do I sign up?

It’s simple — choose the plan you’d like and purchase it in our secure shopping center, which is powered securely by Stripe. You may also call one of our representatives and register over the phone.

How do I cancel service?

Canceling Mission Maintenance is an easy and no-questions-asked process. Call Mon-Fri 8 a.m.-6 p.m. for immediate assistance, and we’ll help you cancel your service.
