HVAC installation on commercial self-storage facility in Houston TX
This HVAC installation was performed in South East Houston. In the I-45 Cooridor between Houston and Galveston. Specifically we did this work for Lock Tite Self Storage. They recently purchased this facility and 3 of their HVAC systems were extremely difficient and not working. We opted to replace all three with baseline 5 ton Ruud 13 SEER 3 Phase commercial Electric HVAC systems. The older systems clearly lived a long and faithful life. Nevertheless they needed to go. Despite the newer units being the baseline equipment equipment they will still perform more efficiently than their predecessor.
