Do it yourself: Emergency HEAT your home

November 19, 2013 | Blog

Lets say your furnace goes out in your home OR more realistically you are in a post apocalyptic setting where you need some emergency heat.  Here is a nice little DIY project for you to get warm and cozy between fighting off zombies.

Simply the task here is to attach two clay pots and allowing them to hold and radiate heat created from burning candles.  The Materials for this project include:

2 large unglazed clay pots of different sizes

1 bolt

2 hex nut

4 washers

Several small candles.

Bricks for elevation.

Of course – try with caution. Please don’t light your house on fire.  Fire = dangerous.
