Three 18 SEER Two Stage Air Conditioners

There are 5 primary elements I'd like to highlight about these air conditioning systems installed in Memorial, TX.

We replaced a nearly ancient commercial style system on this home.  The system had one oversized furnace and evaporator coil connected to two condensers on the outside.

You'll find that the old equipment was severely diminished.  Leaking huge amounts of air into the attic space.  Having a well sealed system significantly increases the system efficiency and quality of the indoor air.

You'll notice we also installed have two media filter cabinets per system.  The reason for this is to allow for proper airflow.  Media filters are much more effective than your standard Ac filter.  However they have the ability to squelch the airflow.  Doubling the media filters often solves this issue allowing for the improved filtration without sacrificing efficiency and airflow.

The condensing units before installation were tightly grouped and crowded by small bushes.  By removing the bushes and giving the units greater distance apart we were able to make them breath better for efficiency, decrease the impact of dirt/debris build up and make them easier to work on for future technicians.

Our typical project takes 1-2 days per complete system.  This particular home took nearly 1 week per system.  The reason for this was both in implementation and design.  Since we needed to remove and split an oversized commercial system into three system there were significant challenges to overcome.  

The air distribution system was 25+ years old and there was serious mold/mildew build up.  The old system was significantly porous.  Replacing it required a complete redesign but allowed for the system to be completely sealed.
